Plants are finally sprouting in our new hydroponics garden in the Towner Library. Soon we will be harvesting and using them in recipes. Please stop by and check out the variety of plants we are growing.

Thank you to the TGU Towner 7-12 classes for helping twirl the long rope for our elementary students and for joining them for Jump Rope for Heart Week.

Thank you to USTA Northern and Katrina Hanenberg for helping the TGU Towner PE program acquire tennis equipment. We were able to get a kit for elementary and high school students. THANK YOU!!!

This week's Random Act of Kindness winners are Lane, Nox, Lillian, Corbyn, Dusty, and Hadleigh. When students are spotted doing a kind act a staff member fills out a slip and puts it in the jar. At the end of the week, a couple of slips are drawn from the jar and they get the opportunity to pick a prize. Thank you to all the farmers, ranchers, businesses, and community members for donating prizes for the RAK program!

TGU Granville Personal Finance class with Ms. Kuntz welcomed Susan from Great River Federal Credit Union to their class today! We just finished a unit on banking and she gave us some great information concerning our financial wellness!

The following offices are up for election: School Board Member At Large (3-year Term) School Board Member-former Upham School District (3-year Term) A candidate for a school district office must prepare and sign a document stating the candidate’s name and the position for which the individual is a candidate, and a SFN 10172 Statement of Interests form. Both documents must be filed with the school district business manager for TGU School District #60 by the above deadline date and time. Granviller FFA penny wars will be held this week at TGU Granville!🔷🟡 Rules: -Coins are positive points! 🪙 -Dollars are negative points! 💵 -4 quarters 🪙 = +100 points -1 dollar 💵 = -100 points 🔷Any coins or any dollar bills can be brought in for points! 🔷Teams can also receive points for participating in next week’s dress up days! Your class will receive 10 points for each person that dresses up and 25 points if your teacher dresses up! 🔷Points will also be given for 7th-12th grade classes that win/participate in Granville FFA events next week!
