
TGU Granville 6th graders were excited for the eclipse. We were afraid we would see nothing. At 1:53 pm the clouds opened just a little, and we got to see it near maximum. It was amazing!

Speech and Hearing Screenings
WHO: ALL students in K-2, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11; ALL students on a 504 plan or IEP
If you do not want your child's speech and/or hearing screened please let either office know; otherwise, you can expect their speech/hearing to be screened in the next few weeks. You will only get a letter or a call if your child DOES NOT pass their hearing screening.
**Speech screenings are only completed on grades K-1**


🌟 Up and Atom! 🌟 Congratulations to the following TGU Granville students for earning medals 🏅 at the Regional Science Olympiad! 👩🔬 6th grader Allison Hice and 7th grader Freya Sevland placed for "Towers" and 10th grader Holly Latendresse and 9th grader Skylar Thull placed for "Forensic Science." Way to go! 🌟

TGU-Towner Honor Society Blood Drive is coming up soon! The Blood Drive will be held on April 25th, from 12-6 in the gym. Walk-ins are welcome, appointments are encouraged. Log into your account or call the school to schedule!


This week's Random Act of Kindness winners are Andrew, Luke, Logan, Elle, and Hadleigh. When students are spotted doing a kind act a staff member fills out a slip and puts it in the jar. At the end of the week, a couple of slips are drawn from the jar and they get the opportunity to pick a prize. Thank you to all the farmers, ranchers, businesses, and community members for donating prizes for the RAK program!
