The TGU -Towner Honor Society would like to thank the community for another successful blood drive! Its thanks to all of you that we were able to well exceed the projected donations. The Honor Society had a busy week working the drive and volunteering at the Matthew 25 Project (unpictured) We were small but mighty as a large portion of the crew were in DC. Our remaining members made the blood drive and volunteer projects run seamlessly, and we're so grateful to them.

🫀🔬 🧫 TGU Granville was excited to welcome Dr. Marschner from Minot State’s Exercise Science and Rehabilitation Program! We are so grateful for her generous donation, which included a full-size skeleton model, a half-size muscular model, a full-size skull with brain, joint models with ligaments, detailed eye and ear models, a microscope with camera and LCD display, and multiple complete sets of human tissue slides.🫀🔬🧫 Thank you!

TGU Speech traveled to Harvey this Saturday! Our novice competitors had a chance to watch some stellar competition, and Abby Jorde (represented by Faith in picture) finished with 7th place in Inform and a tie for 4th in Persuade! Elle Torr had an excellent debut meet, and all competitors had great feedback. Unpictured but competed: Abby, Emily, Kali, Kaylee, Haylee, and Sam. Some of the team will be traveling to Rugby tomorrow afternoon for a last chance meet, and regionals will be coming to TGU April 10th!

TGU Speech is happy to announce that TGU Towner will be hosting this year's Region 8 Speech regionals! Registration will begin at 2:45, with competition beginning around 4. We would like to invite the community to attend competition and cheer on our speech team as they compete for their spot at State. The team has seen incredible growth this year, and we welcome your support. Additionally, TGU-Towner Honor Society and TGU Speech will be hosting a joint fundraiser for Harvey Speech Coach, Corbin Storbeck, as her infant daughter has been undergoing ongoing medical care this year. We will be selling dirty sodas and zingers throughout the competition. A free will donation box will also be available at the table.
