Students who were drawn for Random Acts of Kindness at the TGU Towner school were recognized for their positive impact on the school. These students demonstrated thoughtfulness, respect, and a willingness to help others, whether through small gestures or larger contributions. Through their actions, they inspire others to spread kindness and help nurture a culture of care and compassion.

The TGU-Towner Honor Society will be hosting a Prom Shop next semester. Please consider donating gently used prom dresses from now until the end of January. Donations can be brought to Mrs. Cook or sent with any known Honor Society members.

✏️ A big thank-you to our National Guard members for taking time to color with our elementary students this morning before presenting to our seniors! It was such a fun and heartwarming way to start the day — smiles all around! 🎨 Thank you to Mrs. Bailey for capturing this photo!

💚 🖤 What a celebration for TGU Granville 12th grader Sage Hanson on NCAA Signing Day. Sage will be attending UND (!!!) to play Division I basketball. Watch KX News tonight at 6:00pm and check out the Minot Daily News and Mouse River Journal soon. Thank you, everyone, for coming to support this amazing young man! 💚 🖤

TGU Speech and Drama students were given the opportunity to travel to the University of Jamestown to attend workshops with Prof. Mike McIntyre. Students worked on monologues, character development, and performances through hands-on learning activities before being given a chance to see UJ Theater students perform monologues. We are so grateful to Prof. McIntyre for hosting us!
Drama has wrapped up their competition season, and the UJ Speech team will be kicking off competition in January!

The TGU-Towner Honor Society has had a busy few weeks!
The students have participated in setting up and working our Fall blood drive, the Scholastic Book fair, took some time to pass out candy to the elementary students on Halloween, and kicked off the book fair week by reading to the elementary classes, all within two weeks!
We would like to thank the community in their support at the Blood Drive on October 30th, and in the Scholastic Book fair, neither of which would not have been as successful if not for your ongoing support! Our Honor Society students have worked hard this past month, and we appreciate all they do to make our school and community a better place.
