🧅 TGU Granville 7th graders in Life Science class prepared onion skin slides to examine cells under the microscope! 🧅 "Science can be like an onion; you keep peeling back layers to reveal the complex and fascinating truths at its core."
Last Friday, Towner K-2 got to walk around town and meet our community helpers! They got to meet police and the K9s in the courthouse, EMTs at the ambulance bay, postal workers at the post office, and Grocery workers and the grocery store!
The kids had a blast and the weather was beautiful for our walk!
Towner 1st grade- It was sunny and the bugs were out, but the kids had so much fun getting to learn about the fire truck! Thank you Towner Fire Dept. for taking your time to teach our kids about fire safety!

TGU Granville School is holding a Touch a Truck for students with several surrounding agencies in the afternoon of 10/09/25. Following the event, and school release, those responding agencies will participate in a training event to better serve our community. This will include calling for flight services, setting up a safe landing zone and preparing the patient. Expect 🚑🚒🚓🚁 from surrounding towns. This is NOT an actual emergency. If you choose to watch, please stay a safe distance back. Training to start at around 3:30pm.
The TGU-Towner Honor Society will be hosting the Scholastic Book Fair from November 3rd-7th in the TGU-Towner Library! Keep your eyes out for additional details in the coming weeks!

TGU Drama has been working had at learning "Math" concepts such as algebra, graphing and rational numbers for their Region 8 competition November 4th, 2025!
TGU Titan Football fans!! The TGU football team will be playing their final home game of the season on Friday, October 3, at 7:00 pm. This will be Senior Night. 6 Seniors will be playing for the final time at Martian Field. Let's send them off the right way. We will be doing Titan Walk at about 6:15-6:20 on the north sidewalk of the school. Let's line the sidewalk and get these guys going!!! Go Titans!!
The TGU-Towner Student Council is hosting its Second Annual Baby Drive in Memory of Gabriel Jude Lee. All donated items will be delivered to the Dakota Hope Clinic in Minot in his honor.
