TGU Towner 8th graders, that were enrolled this semester, in Introduction to Competitive Sports, had a special guest today. Cordell Volson of the Cincinnati Bengals joined our class, via Zoom, to answer questions that the students had. He talked a lot about embracing the process, taking time for yourself, and having a passion for what you are doing, sports/academics/career. Thanks Cordell, for spending time with us.
This week's Random Act of Kindness winners are Abby, Alli, Shevelle, Kenzie, Lilly, Everly, Isaac, Nox, Travis, Cooper, Alex, Myles, Lane, Addison, Evi, Rylee, Ava, Brynn, Kyler, and Koy. These students stepped up to help friends and classmates, fill in where help was needed, and clean up messes that were not even theirs. Thank you for being kind and willing to help!!
