Towner 1st graders have been learning about fables! So today we did a fable relay race to play out some of the stories we have read!
Balancing pails on our heads from The Maid and The Milk Pail
Scooping up "eggs" (we used counting bears) to collect as many as we can from The Goose and The Golden Egg
And lastly, we jumped as high as we could just like the fox from The Fox and The Grapes!
The kids had a blast, and worked so hard together!

We have had a fabulous first 2 weeks in fourth grade! Last week, we had fun getting to know one another, catching up with classmates, and getting acquainted with our classroom. This week, we dove into our textbooks with excitement. We're off to a great start!!
