The First District Health Unit will be coming to the TGU Schools to do Immunizations. They are also able give the COVID vaccination to students and staff on that day if they are interested. If you are interested in having your child receive the COVID Vaccination, please call Nancy Bryn at the First District Health Office in Towner 701-537-5732. They will be at TGU Towner on September 3 and at TGU Granville on September 10. TGU Staff wanting the vaccination should also connect Nancy Bryn.

Great Plains Food Bank will be in both Granville and Towner on Wednesday September 8, 2021!

Preschool Screenings WHO: All 3, 4, and 5-year old children who are not already enrolled in Kindergarten or Headstart. If your child was previously screened, it is not necessary for them to be screened again, unless you have questions or concerns. WHAT: A FREE and COMPREHENSIVE screening including the areas of vision, hearing, speech and language, motor skills, and basic concepts. First District will complete a health physical as well. WHY: A screening offers information that may identify children at risk for developmental delays who may be in need of early intervention services. 🍔 Free Meals for TGU Students 🍔 The U.S. Department of Agriculture will continue to provide school age students free meals to all students regardless of their income through the 2021-22 school year. This includes the first servings of breakfast and lunch. Parents are encouraged to deposit money into their children’s accounts to cover the cost of seconds.

🖍 1st Day of School at TGU 🖍 The 1st Day of School at TGU is Wednesday, August 18th. Classes begin at 8:30 am, ending at 3:10 pm. Breakfast will be served starting at 8:00 am.
