TGU Towner Elementary students and staff are focusing on finishing our 2023-2024 school year
with extra effort. Spring weather has created muddy boots and smiles coming in from the
outside. The students are looking forward to the spring weather and the activities that have
started along with it. Below are some of the exciting happenings with both the students and
staff at TGU Towner Elementary:
Student & Staff News:
§ The Towner elementary students will host their K-6 spring music concert on Thursday
April 18, 2024 at 7:00 pm.
§ The 4th Grade Wax Museum will be on Friday May 3, 2024. The fourth-grade students
have been researching their historical figure and creating timelines of events they found
interesting. We appreciate Mrs. Migler and Mrs. Kongslie working so closely together to
ensure that our students are able to utilize their writing, researching, and public
speaking skills through this project.
§ The kindergarten students have been working on their kindergarten program. This year
they are performing There was an Old Lady Who Swallowed a Fly. A special shout out to
Mrs. Bailey who always decorates and creates beautiful backdrops for the program.
§ Kindergarten visitation will be on Thursday May 9, 2024. This day the upcoming
kindergarteners and parents are encouraged to come to the school. This is an
opportunity to have a small orientation with the school.
