Notice of Election

Per NDCC 15.1-09-09 notice is hereby given that on June 4, 2020 the annual
election will be held for the purpose of:
1. Electing a director from the designated geographical area of the TGU
School District #60.
2. Voting on the question: Shall TGU School District #60, County of
McHenry, State of North Dakota, publish a record of the board
proceedings in the official newspaper of the district for the next two
years?
Polls will be open from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on June 4, 2020 in each school of the TGU School District.
Voters are required to show identification that includes the individual’s
residential address and date of birth per North Dakota Century Code 16.1-
05-07. Valid forms of ID are ND driver’s license, ND non-driver’s license,
Tribal government issued ID, or Long-term care certificate. If a voter does
not have a valid ID with current address, additional documentation is

or visit the Secretary of State website.
Anyone desiring to vote by absent voter’s ballot may obtain an application from the TGU Towner or TGU Granville School office prior to June 3, 2020.
Completed applications have to be returned to the district office in Towner in
order to receive an Absentee Ballot. Absentee ballots cannot be issued on the
day of the election.
